Information We Process
We may process account information, public Instagram profile information, usernames you enter, uploaded Instagram export data, generated reports, device information, app usage information, and feedback you submit.
We do not ask for or collect your Instagram password.
Uploaded Instagram Data
When you upload an Instagram data export, we use it to parse follower and following information, generate reports, and compare changes over time.
Original uploaded Instagram `.zip` files are deleted after parsing. We retain only the parsed results and generated reports needed to provide the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, save selected Instagram accounts, generate reports, support subscriptions or purchases, improve product quality, respond to feedback, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention and Deletion
You may request account deletion through the contact or feedback channel inside Unfollowtracker. After receiving a valid request, we will delete or anonymize your account information, parsed results, and generated reports within 30 days unless longer retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
