These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Unfollowtracker ("Unfollowtracker," "we," "us," or "our"), including our H5 product, pages, features, reports, and related services.
By accessing or using Unfollowtracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Service
Unfollowtracker helps users analyze Instagram follower and following data by using public profile information and Instagram data export files that users choose to upload.
Unfollowtracker may provide reports such as follower lists, following lists, unfollower analysis, new follower analysis, relationship-change reports, and historical comparison results.
Unfollowtracker does not ask for, collect, or require your Instagram password. We do not log in to your Instagram account on your behalf.
Unfollowtracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility
You may use Unfollowtracker only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms.
You may not use Unfollowtracker if you are under 13 years old, or under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
3. User Accounts
Some features may require you to create or use an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when necessary.
You may not create accounts by automated means, impersonate another person, share your account for abusive purposes, or use another user's account without permission.
4. Uploaded Instagram Data
You may upload Instagram data export files only if you have the legal right to use and submit that data.
By uploading a file, you represent that:
- the file belongs to you or you are authorized to use it;
- the file was obtained lawfully;
- your upload and use of the file does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.
After parsing an uploaded Instagram .zip file, Unfollowtracker deletes the original zip file and retains only the necessary parsed results and generated reports needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for keeping your own backup of any original files. Unfollowtracker is not a file storage or backup service.
5. Report Accuracy
Unfollowtracker's reports are generated based on the information available from public profile data, uploaded Instagram export files, timestamps, and comparison logic.
Results may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable if:
- the uploaded file is incomplete, outdated, corrupted, or not an official Instagram export;
- Instagram changes its export format, public profile structure, or access behavior;
- usernames, profile links, or account status change over time;
- comparison data is missing or insufficient.
Unfollowtracker does not guarantee that reports are real-time, complete, or error-free.
Any insights shown by Unfollowtracker are for personal reference only and should not be treated as official Instagram data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Unfollowtracker to:
- violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
- harass, stalk, threaten, shame, expose, or harm another person;
- upload data that you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to access another user's account, reports, or data;
- reverse engineer, copy, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service;
- bypass security, payment, access, or usage limits;
- use bots, scripts, automated requests, or unauthorized crawlers;
- use the service for fraud, abuse, spam, or unlawful surveillance.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
7. User Content and License
You retain your rights to the data and content you submit to Unfollowtracker.
By submitting usernames, uploaded files, feedback, or other content, you grant Unfollowtracker a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, display, and use that content only as necessary to operate, maintain, protect, and improve the service.
This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
8. Fees and Payments
Some features of Unfollowtracker may require payment in the future.
The payment provider, payment method, billing cycle, renewal terms, and checkout process have not yet been determined. When paid features become available, payment terms will be shown before purchase.
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
You should review all price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown at checkout before completing any purchase.
9. Subscriptions and Cancellation
If Unfollowtracker offers subscriptions in the future, subscription terms will be disclosed before purchase, including the price, billing period, renewal rules, and cancellation method.
You will be able to cancel according to the payment channel and cancellation instructions shown at the time of purchase.
Cancellation will generally stop future renewals but may not automatically refund past charges unless required by applicable law or stated in the checkout terms.
10. Refunds
Refund rules are not yet finalized because the payment provider has not been determined.
When paid features become available, refund terms will be shown before purchase or through the relevant payment channel.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in the checkout terms, fees already paid may be non-refundable.
11. Account Deletion and Data Removal
You may request account deletion through the contact or feedback channel inside Unfollowtracker.
After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your account information, parsed results, and generated reports within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Deleting your account may permanently remove your reports, history, and access to product features.
12. Privacy
Your use of Unfollowtracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and how you may request deletion or exercise privacy rights.
13. Third-Party Platforms
Unfollowtracker may refer to Instagram or use data that you export from Instagram.
Instagram is a third-party platform with its own terms, policies, data export tools, and account rules. You are responsible for complying with Instagram's terms and all applicable laws when using Instagram data with Unfollowtracker.
Unfollowtracker is not responsible for Instagram, Meta, or any third-party platform, service, policy, action, outage, data format change, or account decision.
14. Service Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Unfollowtracker at any time, including features, reports, access rules, pricing, and availability.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through Unfollowtracker or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of Unfollowtracker after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
Unfollowtracker, including its product design, interface, features, reports, text, graphics, logos, code, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Unfollowtracker and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Unfollowtracker unless expressly permitted by us.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Unfollowtracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that Unfollowtracker will always be secure, available, accurate, or free from errors.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfollowtracker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, reputational harm, or service interruption.
Your use of Unfollowtracker is at your own risk.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Unfollowtracker if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, misused the service, or violated applicable law.
You may stop using Unfollowtracker at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, account deletion, and dispute-related provisions.
19. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
